Brady, JMU Named in Breach of Contract Lawsuit

James Madison University basketball coach Matt Brady has been named in a civil lawsuit filed by his former employer, Marist College, alleging breach of contract. Marist claims that Brady violated terms of his contract, which prohibited negotiating without the college’s consent or contacting players he’d recruited during his tenure as the Poughkeepsie, N.Y. college’s coach.
