Julien scored all three goals of the game while the Dukes defense did the rest. JMU won both of its games this weekend in the JMU/Comfort Inn Harrisonburg Invitational soccer tournament. “I felt very good today,” Julien said. “I felt loose and I wasn’t too overly nervous for the game. I was just ready to get here and play them as hard as I could.” The... Read more »

HARRISONBURG, Va. — JMU basketball coach Matt Brady doesn’t like talking about his team’s injuries, and that approach proved effective in an ESPNU BracketBusters matchup Saturday night. Although James Madison point guard Devon Moore is likely out for the rest of the season with a wrist injury suffered at Hofstra on Wednesday, junior guard Pierre Curtis stepped up and led Madison to a 90-78 victory over Gardner-Webb. Junior forward Dazzmond Thornton was also out with the flu, but the Dukes still... Read more »

Madison’s final Colonial Athletic Association foes are Georgia State on Friday night and UNC Wilmington on Sunday afternoon. The two teams should expect a fiery performance from the disappointed but optimistic Dukes. “I honestly want to crush these two teams this weekend and go out with a bang,” JMU senior... Read more »
