Web Threatens Self-Expression

With the prevalence of social networking sites and the Internet in general, an array of outlets have opened up for self-expression. Occasionally, the United States declares war on an abstract concept such as poverty or terror. The war sounds good in theory, since no one particularly likes poverty or terrorism, but people begin scratching their heads, wondering who exactly we’re fighting.
